Order updated classics like a Boulevardier with Legent bourbon, Campari, oolong tea, and a touch of orange while lo-fi beats fill the room, and whatever you do, get the wagyu hot dog — juicy and dressed with Dijon and pepper relish — plus the fried fish sandwiches.
