Bay Ho Brewery Launches Permanent Kitchen With ‘Farm-to-Trailer’ Burgers | Eater San Diego

"Tucked away inside a Morena Boulevard business park, Bitter Brothers Brewing Co. operates a small tasting room and is launching a new permanent food component on Wednesday, September 15 in partnership with Royal Rooster chef-owner Cory Rapp to help the five-year-old Bay Ho brewery bounce back from a hard pandemic stretch. Like many breweries that didn’t serve food, it was especially impacted by changing pandemic restrictions and at one point relied on a hot dog cart to keep the lights on; with Rapp on board I report that co-founder Bill Warnke hopes to bring back the brewery’s popular beer dinners and stabilize operations.
