Best New Restaurants in Dallas July 2025 | Eater Dallas

"A new raw bar in Bishop Arts, from (and named after) chef Hugo Galvan (formerly of Flora Street Cafe) and mixologist Hugo Osorio, opened in January. Look for scallops crudo served on a beautiful half-shell, ahi tuna tostadas, a daily variety of oysters, and cocktails galore. The lobster rolls and burgers are also worth a try, and best paired with one of the house martinis." - Courtney E. Smith
