Hospitality Group Behind Death & Co to Open a Bar in Nashville | Eater Nashville

"I'm told Close Company will build on the success of Death & Co while offering a more comfortable, casual, neighborhood-bar atmosphere: Gin & Luck COO Alex Day says it “first and foremost aspires to be a great bar” and calls it the kind of place he wants to hang out every day. Key design elements will include rich woods, sleek vinyl, and leather with modern accents and classic fixtures to evoke a warm, lived-in feel. At the heart of the space is the bar, which will serve twists on classic drinks, batched and chilled freezer cocktails, draft cocktails, and a menu of inventive bar snacks; there are currently no plans for dinner service.
