"On the ground floor of ONE65, I found a newly opened patisserie that serves as an elegant introduction to the larger project: an array of pastries, chocolates, and many-colored macarons displayed on white marble counters and in glass cases, alongside freshly-baked breads, daily soups, and traditional French sweets packaged to take home. There’s coffee, beer, and wine, and customers can see bakers making viennoiserie and bread behind the counter, with chocolate production visible upstairs in a glassed-in room.
