"This casual food and drink spot in Core City was designed with the late-night crowd in mind. Featuring a moody, black aesthetic, the menu includes a ceviche bar, cocktails, and the Argentinean specialty, choripán — a sandwich consisting of flame-grilled chorizo (available here in pork), topped with chimichurri sauce, and set inside a crusty French baguette. After regular restaurant hours end, the space transforms into a full-service cocktail bar with live DJ sets called Cougar. On weekends, night owls can grab a choripán until the bar closes.
