"Overseen by a partner who also works with nearby Park on Fremont and the Commonwealth, this Parisian-styled theater and playhouse is being built inside the former Don’t Tell Mama and is designed to host two live shows each night, seven nights a week. Performers will use a small corner stage and an elevated dancer’s platform, and the venue will include a rooftop-style outdoor patio of roughly 4,000 square feet modeled after its Commonwealth neighbor. The project repurposes a shuttered nightlife space into a compact, performance-focused destination, though no official announcement or construction timetable has been released." - Bradley Martin
