"Opening on Sunday, April 18 at 501 Wilshire Boulevard (corner of Wilshire and 5th) inside a former Panera Bread, this new burger and chicken shop will operate 11 a.m.–10 p.m. daily with extended hours to 11 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays; for opening day the restaurant will donate one burger to the Westside Food Bank for every burger purchased. Built entirely during the pandemic, the location features a permanent walk-up window and a holding shelf for orders placed via the company’s app—design elements the team says may become standard in future build-outs.
