"The rooftop atop Union Market welcomes The Dome — a spherical, immersive “gastro-gallery under the stars” pop-up inside a 50-foot heated dome — starting Friday, December 13 through the end of February. The inaugural, time-activated ticketed “Snowglow” activation is a European winter-styled pop-up featuring a high-tech overhead projection, artful cocktail presentations, and Alpine fare from chef Nathan Beauchamp.
