Stir-Fry Chain Honeygrow’s Smaller Sibling Arrives in Boston - Eater Boston

"Minigrow opens downtown on Friday, April 27, at 125 Summer St., with a second restaurant following suit on May 1 at 565 Boylston St. in Back Bay. The menu for Minigrow bears a resemblance to Honeygrow’s customizable noodle and salad bowls, but the more miniature restaurant uses a smaller list of ingredients, with a focus on mazeman noodles, dressings and sauces, and seasonal vegetables. There are assorted protein options as well, including roasted pork shoulder, poached salmon, and more. Boston’s Minigrow locations also serve juices and chocolate chip cookies. The Minigrow at Summer Street features a mural from local artist Silvia López Chavez, while the soon-to-open Back Bay restaurant will showcase work from Sneha Shrestha. On their opening days, both Minigrow locations are donating a portion of proceeds to the non-profit ArtsBoston. Eventually, the restaurants will partake in chef collaborations to introduce limited-run menu items. Additionally, the first 100 guests at each Minigrow opening will receive free meals." - Dana Hatic
