"I found it exactly what you'd expect from a Guy Fieri sports bar and restaurant: a 6,540-square-foot, 279-seat space at the Horseshoe Las Vegas plastered with TVs and a huge LED sign of Fieri’s face, celebrating all things sports under a deep-fried sheen. The menu leans into Fieri signatures — cheeseburger-inspired trash can nachos with pickles and burger sauce; pretzel bites loaded with cheese and bacon; a tempura-battered, deep-fried, glazed doughnut burger; Quesa-Birria Mexican Pizza ($28.99) with braised beef and pico de gallo; and fried chicken dinners ($28.99) served with mac and cheese and jalapeño cornbread. The cocktail program highlights Santo Tequila in margaritas and mules and includes a whisky banana with marshmallows, a bourbon apricot sour, and a 51-ounce bloody Mary ($54.99) garnished with practically an entire meal. The grand opening featured the Vegas Golden Knights drumline and a 1968 Camaro from Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives, and Fieri — an UNLV alum who said “This embodies everything that I’m into” — is already planning big event parties for the upcoming Formula One Grand Prix and the Super Bowl. Hours are Sunday–Thursday 7 a.m.–10 p.m. and Friday–Saturday 7 a.m.–midnight." - Janna Karel
