"Hidden Acres Farm in Door County, Wisconsin, will host a series of tasting menu dinners next month by acclaimed Milwaukee chef Justin Carlisle, known for his work at Ardent and as a five-time James Beard Award finalist. The dinners will feature eight-course menus for parties of two or four at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, August 18 through Friday, August 20, and again the following week from Thursday, August 26 through Saturday, August 28.
