"During a massive traffic jam at the I-635 and U.S. 75 High Five interchange鈥攃aused by an overturned tanker and a hazardous-materials cleanup that shut all lanes鈥攁n unidentified food truck began handing out meals to drivers stranded for up to two hours in rush hour.
