"After four years downtown, locals Hop Nuts Brewing is spreading its wings and opening a second location on the westside. The 1,389-square-foot site replaces the Chillspot by SasaSweets store on the western end of the outdoor retail and dining hub. The compact taproom’s lounge will be large enough to accommodate 27 customers inside, with 12 stools planned for the curved bar. An enclosed 447-square-foot outdoor patio will be roomy enough for an additional 18 customers. Hop Nuts fans can only drink their beers on premises and won’t be able to take home brews including the Harry Porter, Omniscient Imperial Stout, and The Golden Knight, a Belgian golden strong ale. The footprint is also not large enough to build an onsite brewing facility, but the micro-brewers have promised unique brews are in the works, created just for Tivoli Village." - Bradley Martin
