Fat Shack opens it’s late-night restaurant in Silverado Ranch - Eater Vegas
"Fat Shack makes the leap from ‘Shark Tank’ to Silverado Ranch. The wait for calorie-laden sandwiches and burgers, deep fried desserts, and bone-in chicken wings ends with the opening of Colorado-born Fat Shack with its late-night influenced menu. Fat Shack take over a former 1,750-square-foot Burgerim corner space at the intersection of Bermuda Road and Silverado Ranch Boulevard, a short distance from Sea Salt Sushi & Oyster in the southeast. Fat Shack gained fame after entrepreneur Mark Cuban backed the restaurant during a 2019 episode of ABC TV’s Shark Tank. Founders Tom Armenti and Kevin Gabauer franchised their 10-year old restaurant across eight states. The Fat Shack specialties include stuffing an 8- or 12-inch hero roll with side dish ingredients including chicken fingers, mozzarella sticks, French fries, mac and cheese, and plenty of bacon. The restaurant also offers burgers with up to four patties, Philly cheesesteaks, Buffalo wings, “munchie madness” appetizer plates, and milkshakes.
