Fat Shack opens it’s late-night restaurant in Silverado Ranch | Eater Vegas

"After a long wait, the Colorado-born Fat Shack opened its late-night–influenced spot in the former 1,750-square-foot Burgerim corner at the intersection of Bermuda Road and Silverado Ranch Boulevard, a short distance southeast of Sea Salt Sushi & Oyster. Backed by Mark Cuban on Shark Tank in 2019 and founded by Tom Armenti and Kevin Gabauer, the 10-year-old concept has been franchised across eight states. I found the menu unapologetically indulgent: 8- or 12-inch hero rolls stuffed with side-dish ingredients such as chicken fingers, mozzarella sticks, French fries, mac and cheese, and plenty of bacon; burgers with up to four patties; Philly cheesesteaks; Buffalo wings; “munchie madness” appetizer plates; and milkshakes. For dessert there are battered deep-fried Oreos, Rice Krispie treats, cookies, funnel cakes, and Twinkies, all topped with powdered sugar. This location is at 9635 S.
