"Expanding again after a favorable cameo in a New York Times California bagel article, I saw Pop’s Bagels open a new shop at 9300 Culver Boulevard as part of the Culver Steps; it opened last weekend and will keep hours from 7:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., Tuesday through Sunday (with Monday opening later this spring). Owner Zachary Liporace, who refined his unique bagel recipes through years of LA pop-ups and also owns a Brentwood location, will offer pastries in addition to bagels and serve both hot and cold options like bagel sandwiches all day." - Farley Elliott
