"Now settled into a permanent home base at 300 Snelling Avenue South in St. Paul, Nashville Coop — the dual food-truck operation run by brothers Kamal and Arif Mohamed — has become the hottest ticket amid what I can only call the weirdest summer of all time. It first rolled out earlier this year selling crusty, tender fried chicken strips and not much else, and its hot chicken delivers real heat that has fans crying happy tears around the metro area, while still offering a Minnesota-nice spice level for the capsicum-challenged. The new restaurant is open for lunch and dinner seven days a week from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., and at least one of the two trucks will remain roaming this week. Menu highlights include fried chicken in finger and sandwich form, Texas toast, slaw, and a few more treats." - Joy Summers
