"AB Steak chef Akira Back partnered with restaurateur Robert Kim (Mama Lion, and a forthcoming Nancy Silverton pasta bar) to open this striking counter-only temaki roll experience. Think of it like a variation of Yunomi or Kazunori but with more luxurious flourishes.
