"Opening two new restaurants in Orange County in summer 2025 — a Mission Viejo location on Alicia Parkway and a Brea outpost on East Imperial Highway — both will serve the same 18-inch New York slices that helped make the concept a runaway hit since its debut a decade ago. The menu also includes square pies, chicken wings, salads, hot sub sandwiches, and baked pasta (including vodka rigatoni).
