"Opening two new restaurants in Orange County in summer 2025 — a Mission Viejo location on Alicia Parkway and a Brea outpost on East Imperial Highway — both will serve the same 18-inch New York slices that helped make the concept a runaway hit since its debut a decade ago. The menu also includes square pies, chicken wings, salads, hot sub sandwiches, and baked pasta (including vodka rigatoni). Owners Jason Bernstein, James Starr, and Zack Fishman opened the first shop on Fairfax Avenue in 2014; the Los Angeles–based operation currently runs seven restaurants across the region, from El Segundo to Burbank and Altadena." - Cathy Chaplin
