"Lucky Dragon is a Chinese-themed resort in Las Vegas that recently closed its restaurants and casino, and is now facing foreclosure. The resort, which opened in December 2016, features a nine-story hotel, a 27,500-square-foot casino, and several dining options including Dragon’s Alley, Pearl Ocean, Phoenix, and Bao Now. The resort's developer, Andrew Fonfa, borrowed $90 million to complete the construction and utilized the EB-5 foreign investor program for financing." - Susan Stapleton
