"Every restaurant and cart on this map is in the fish business, but it’d be hard to find one more in love with the fruits of the sea than Portland Fish Market. From the photos of prize crab catches covering the walls to the glass cases full of house-smoked delicacies, basically every inch of the Woodstock storefront is devoted to fish and fish accessories. The fish and chips aren’t an afterthought either: the menu features a good selection of fresh catches fried to golden perfection, alongside wonderfully salty fries. There’s indoor seating available, but the fish window is a beloved institution in the neighborhood, and even on overcast days, one will often find the outdoor tables filled to capacity." - Ben Coleman
