Pandemic Pop-Up Nardello’s Fresh Pasta Nabs a Permanent Spot in the Mission - Eater SF

"Nardello’s Fresh Pasta began as a way to pay the bills after the pandemic shut down Joe Nardo's day job. He opened a small brick-and-mortar workshop in the Mission where passersby can see hand-crafted pasta and pick up orders. The workshop is located at the 18th Street tip of ActivSpace, a mixed-use building. Initially, the pasta was made in a spare bedroom, but with increasing demand, Nardo moved to a dedicated space and launched a Kickstarter to fully establish the business. Nardello’s now offers fresh pasta with cooking instructions, ingredients, and is planning pasta-making classes and dinner parties." - Eve Batey
