"Margaritas are going to flow starting this Friday at downtown Dallas’ Statler Hotel’s luxe rooftop, which is debuting a pop-up of its upcoming Primo’s MX Kitchen & Lounge in the midst of the coronavirus pandemic. The Tex-Mex establishment announced plans in March to move into the Statler this summer after a successful comeback at its original Uptown location. Now, on the heels of Texas governor Greg Abbot’s executive order allowing restaurants across the state to open their doors on May 1, the hotel and Primo’s will roll out a limited menu at Waterproof on the Statler’s 19th floor. The preview pop-up will last from May 1 to May 15, and it will be open late: hours run from 11 a.m. to 2 a.m." - Adele Chapin
