But one gem on this menu is the chapli Juicy Lucy, an homage to Tunbaw’s childhood memories of eating chapli patties in Myanmar. The spiced beef patty is stuffed with ample American cheese and smeared with avocado-Dijon kewpie mayo with a side of hand-cut fries.
