Brush Park’s Vegan Coney Island Debuts This Spring - Eater Detroit
"Chili Mustard Onions, a vegan coney island restaurant owned by Pete LaCombe, is set to open this spring after construction delays. The menu will feature vegan versions of classic dishes like coneys, gyros, wraps, spinach pie, and a meatless burger called the Big Mock. The restaurant will also offer craft beer, wine, and cocktails, focusing on organic and non-GMO ingredients. Prices will range from $5 to $13.
