"New Jersey pop-up We Flew South will no longer make regular appearances around the Lowcountry after Friday, February 1. The cheesesteak slingers made the announcement on Facebook and Instagram. Co-creators Marc and Elizabeth Hudacsko started the pop-up in spring 2018. They wanted to bring the flavors of their hometown, New Jersey, to Charleston. Chili dogs, cheesesteaks, and Reuben sandwiches were on heavy rotation on the menu. The often popped up at Graft and Craft Conundrum.
