After Hours: for two hours up to 16 friends can have the shop to themselves to sample fancy cheeses, charcuterie, antipasti, olive oils, vinegars, and other bites guided by extremely knowledgeable staffers; it’s BYOB (the shop recently opened a bottle shop nearby), costs $60 per person Monday–Thursday and $70 Friday–Sunday with an eight-person minimum (so expect to pay at least $480 plus tax and tip), and you can add a wine package with sparkling, white, red, dessert wine, and Lambrusco starting at $240." - Rachel Vigoda
