"The Snoqualmie barbecue outfit’s owner Dave Van Storm brought food to Pioneer Square’s Zeitgeist Coffee — one menu item was burnt ends chili over corn bread with provolone whiz topped with chile crisp. It made for a fantastic lunch — the burnt ends were tender, the chile crisp gave the chili an extra kick of heat, and the corn bread (which I often find to be dry and bland at barbecue places) was good enough to eat on its own." - Harry Cheadle
