Diablo’s Cantina opens at the Mirage on December 23 | Eater Vegas

"Set to open its second Strip outpost within days, the cantina will move into the highly visible LVB Burgers & Bar space at the Mirage and begin serving lunch and dinner from 11 a.m. on Monday, December 23, promising "a little decadence" alongside a casual Mexican menu and margarita specials. A well-remembered fixture attached to the Monte Carlo until the resort's 2017 transformation and relocated to the Luxor in late 2018, Diablo's Cantina is described as a loud, lively bar and restaurant that offers awesome live bands, loco parties, great food, and some of the best margaritas in town. The Mirage location will retain the former burger-restaurant layout—open to the pedestrian walkway with roomy booth seating—and will feature upgraded, South-of-the-Border-inspired vibrant murals on the mezzanine. Previewed menu items include guacamole dishes, chicken pozole, Diablo's chicken wings, taco platters, fajitas, and entrees such as tamarind-glazed salmon, a grilled shrimp burrito, and adobo citrus-marinated grilled Vixen chicken; future opening hours beyond the announced start time are still to be confirmed." - Bradley Martin
