"On the ninth floor of the new hotel, the Terrace Restaurant and Outdoor Gardens is an all-day American brasserie inspired by French brasseries and American chophouses and intended as the hotel's everyday dining option; Chef John Fraser oversees it and the menu features pastas and steaks, appetizers like bass crudo, mushroom carpaccio, and grilled octopus, and other dishes such as broiled lobster and baked cauliflower parmesan. The 14,000-square-foot space includes an 85-seat main dining room (not including a 30-seat bar), an outdoor restaurant bar for 65, about 50 seats on a terrace designed to imitate an outdoor garden with plants, trees, and ivy throughout, plus a 5,800-square-foot beer garden." - Carla Vianna
