"Tucked next to the pizzeria behind an archway, Bandit Bar is a moodier, thoughtfully curated cocktail lounge that shares the modern-industrial space, high exposed wood ceilings, Eric Junker murals, and ownership team with Pizza Thief. All syrups and tonics are made in-house and carry bandit-themed names like "Smoking Gun" (mezcal, house-made hibiscus syrup, lime, and cardamom) and "The Sting" (rum, honey, egg white, lime, and bitters), and the bar intentionally balances savory and sweet flavors; it also incorporates Pizza Thief ingredients into cocktails (for example, a "sour hand pie" made with rhubarb-raspberry syrup from the hand pie filling and chilies used in the "bloody bandit mix"). Bandit Bar pours ten local beers on draft from breweries such as Great Notion, Wayfinder, Breakside, and Ferment, offers ciders from Bauman’s Cider Company, and shares a wine list with Pizza Thief; the bar’s food menu includes a selection of Pizza Thief pies, meatballs, and a charcuterie board. Bandit Bar is counter service and open Thursday through Monday at 2610 Northwest Vaughn Street." - Eater
