Sisters Plan Le French bistro and bakery in Belleview Station | Eater Denver

"Opening this April at Belleview Station, Le French is a new French bistro and bakery from Senegalese-French sisters Aminata and Rougui Dia; Rougui moved to Denver to open the restaurant with Aminata, the former owner of catering company AmiCuisine. I learned the menu will feature high-end pastries and Parisian cuisine for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch; afternoons bring a daily carted service from 2:30 to 5 p.m. with tea, coffee, cocktails, wines, savory dishes, mini patisseries, charcuterie, and cheeses, and by night the lounge becomes a dessert bar. I also see plans for a grab-and-go section with salads, sandwiches, pastries, and coffee from Boulder-based Dragonfly Coffee Rosters. The 77-seat space, designed by Studio Atlantis, uses white tiles, natural brick, wood and metallic gold accents and includes a patio that seats 20; planned hours are Tues–Thurs 7 a.m.–9 p.m., Fri–Sat 7 a.m.–10 p.m., and Sun 7:30 a.m.–2:30 p.m." - Susan Stapleton
