"The Redlight moved a couple of years ago from its longtime State Street location to a larger, fancier spot downtown on Grand Avenue, upping both its cocktail game and its Asian-inspired menu in the process. Everyone raves about the fried chicken bao but the fried eggplant bao is rich, crispy, and irresistible. Salt and pepper fried tofu and a bowl of spicy noodles (which happen to be vegan) provide perfect balance for the extensive cocktail menu.
