"Announced to return to Henderson, this casual Mexican spot is relocating into a 4,556-square-foot pad (Pad F) at the Costco-anchored St. Rose Square retail center on St. Rose Parkway near Amigo Street, with original plans that included an outdoor patio. Launched in 2010 and once a favorite among local Zappos employees and Tony Hsieh, the eatery shuttered its Eastern Avenue location in 2016 to make way for a Chick-fil-A but has since expanded to several other Las Vegas locations and out of state. Open for lunch, dinner, and popular happy hours, the menu centers on an extensive, playful lineup of gourmet nacho creations—ranging from lobster and crab to Southern fried chicken and filet mignon variants—alongside tacos, enchiladas, flaming fajitas, burritos, margaritas and cocktails, and the infamous scorpion tequila shot served with salt, a slime wedge, and a sting-removed, recently deceased scorpion." - Bradley Martin
