"Pawn Plaza will provide a safe trick or treat event on Halloween to get downtown children (and other children from the Las Vegas community) off to a fun and festive Halloween celebration. Every tenant at Pawn Plaza (Good Pie, Rick’s Rollin Smoke BBQ & Tavern, Chumlee’s Candy on the Blvd., Q’rico Pollo, Pawn Plaza Visitors Center, Master Barbering Galo Shop, Highway Radio, Elite Motorsports, Rick’s Picks and Infused coffee shop) will be passing out candy to trick or treaters from 3 to 6 pm on Halloween afternoon, Oct. 31.
