"When I first tried the PizzaForno vending machine at the Arco gas station in Buckhead, I was curious about the Toronto-based concept promising 10-inch pies cooked in three minutes for $10–$13 and available hot or cold 24/7. The app was glitchy (a 404 appeared when I selected Buckhead and a nearby Dunwoody machine wasn't operational), but the on-site machine was super easy to use: a large display with pictures, simple credit-card or mobile pay, and options like barbecue chicken, Hawaiian, and meat lovers. I ordered a pepperoni and a four-cheese (paid $25); the machine emitted a pleasant pizza smell and, as promised, ejected piping-hot boxes about three minutes later like money from an ATM. The pepperoni was slightly charred—not wood-fired—and had waxy, cafeteria-style cheese: forgettable but edible. The four-cheese was better, with a meltier blend that improved the taste, but both had thin crusts and thin, unremarkable sauce, giving overall concession-stand vibes. While undeniably convenient—especially for late-night cravings—I’d likely choose a nearby Papa John’s for a pillowy-crusted small cheese pizza at a similar price. The machine is located at 3861 Roswell Road, Atlanta; pizzaforno.com; open 24/7." - Lia Picard
