"Boulder’s new ramen restaurant debuts today with a roster of noodle dishes based on three types of broth. Gaku Ramen from Burlington, Vermont, features a menu developed by Japanese ramen masters Kazuki Nakazawa and Toshinori Shimada that spans tonkotsu, miso, shoyu, and a vegetarian shoyu option. Executive chef Colin Arthur serves Japanese ramen, rice bowls, and starters, while the restaurant features a full-service bar with local craft beer, wine, signature cocktails, sake, shochu, and Japanese whiskies.
