The suit alleges various discriminatory practices within the restaurant, including the use of ethnic slurs, sexual-orientation-based slurs, age discrimination, and racially discriminatory comments. It claims that Nugent was paid less than a male counterpart and was eventually fired for opposing discriminatory practices.
