"Set to open on the ground floor of the Partners Healthcare headquarters at Assembly Row in Somerville, this 8,100-square-foot steakhouse will seat about 240 diners and include a seasonal patio with room for an additional 50. The menu emphasizes USDA Prime steaks — including filets, ribeyes, t-bones, and New York strips — seared, finished with butter and freshly chopped parsley, and served sizzling on a 500-degree plate, alongside seafood offerings such as lobster tail and Chilean sea bass. Signature indulgent sides like lobster mac and cheese, creamed spinach, and sweet potato casserole round out the classic steakhouse lineup.
