"Pizza 900 started its journey as a mobile wood-fired pizzeria in 2011, the first of its kind in Orange County. In 2015, the shop opened its first restaurant in Laguna Hills, heating up its ovens to over 900 degrees. Though the menu includes a slew of classic Neapolitan pies, the most intriguing part of the menu is a special called the Jimmy. The toppings change each day and has ranges Cuban sandwich theme, a Lomo Saltado toppings, a Lebanese shawarma, and even one topped with Korean barbecue.
