"Joining the recently opened 8 Kitchen at the St. Rose Coronado retail hub, West Hollywood-born Pinches Tacos has debuted its third Las Vegas expansion inside the shuttered former home of healthy fast-casual concept Lacuna. Now serving its popular counter service menu close to the intersection of St. Rose and Paseo Verde parkways, Pinches launched at downtown's Container Park in late 2103, upgrading to a larger 3,600-square-foot space at The Gramercy two years later.
