Studio Aurora: Get Ready for Tapas and Crusty Sandwiches Coming to San Francisco’s Mission District | Eater SF

"Planned to open at 302 Valencia Street in the Mission District, Studio Aurora is the new incarnation of Aurora Centro after Dario Barbone decided Salesforce Park wasn’t the right fit. Barbone said “I really need a neighborhood,” and he’s moving the operation into a busier Valencia Street area where he hopes foot traffic will help. The space will hold about 50 people across dining, mezzanine, and lounge areas; menu-wise the place will still serve Barbone’s popular sandwiches but lean into a “tapas bistro” feel, with an expanded offering still in development.
