"On a recent rainy Saturday I went to Goldridge Organic Farms in Sebastopol to try chef Bruce Hill's select pizza events, and one lovely pie stood out: it featured a duet of thinly sliced Meyer lemons and mandarinquats (a mandarin–kumquat hybrid) with red onions and finely chopped herbs, finished with a drizzle of Goldridge olive oil for a bright, citrusy bite. The rain kept diners from enjoying the gorgeous outdoor patio, but makeshift tables and eating spots kept the vibe cozy and inviting enough that I'm keeping my eyes peeled for the next pizza-making event." - Lauren Saria
