"Fans had already been planning the 45-mile trip to Indian Springs to order an iconic Bob’s Big Boy burger and shake combination later this fall, but a new leasing document reveals a second Big Boy diner is now in the works and will be located much closer to home. Yet to be officially announced or confirmed by landlord Remington Nevada or the Michigan-based restaurant company, a 3,000-square-foot Bob’s Big Boy has been confidently penciled into plans for “Pad J” at the Skye Canyon Marketplace, taking over a convenient end space, with plenty of room out front for one of the legendary grinning Big Boy statues." - Bradley Martin
