Salty Flame Steakhouse Debuts in Brickell | Eater Miami

"I describe a new Asian-influenced steakhouse in Brickell, located at 1414 Brickell Avenue, that blends meat-centric cuts with Asian flavors under executive chefs Michael Asalie and Alex Martinez. The menu highlights thinly sliced steaks such as filet mignon, ribeye, prime cowboy ribeye and Japanese A-5 wagyu striploin, with accompaniments like stir-fried milk bok choy and kimchi truffle fries, plus rolls, sashimi, rice, noodles and a steak bar. Shareable dishes include Korean fried chicken with sweet gochujang, scallions, sesame seeds and kimchi aioli; steamed striped bass in a Shaoxing broth with scallions, ginger, cilantro and Fresno chili; and a salmon avocado roll with asparagus, cream cheese, avocado and truffle eel sauce. The 8,000-square-foot space seats 130 in the dining room, offers two private dining areas—the 40-seat Sapphire lounge and the 12-seat Reflection room—an outdoor terrace and a bar with emerald velvet stools; interior touches include green and black velvet booths, high-top tables, red velvet, gold accents and ambient lighting around an open-concept kitchen, and as a 'vibe-driven' spot it features a DJ booth, sound system and three televisions for special events.
