"Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto is unveiling a new restaurant in Montclair, New Jersey, opening Thursday, July 31 at 193 Glenridge Avenue. The menu will feature the chef’s signature Japanese cuisine with Western approaches — think sushi, steaks, tuna pizza, and more — plus a full bar with sake. The 12,799-square-foot space seats 200-plus diners and includes an omakase bar and dining room; takeout sushi boxes will be available at a later date. Reservations can be booked online.
