One of Koreatown’s Most Revered Restaurants Closed Earlier This Year - Eater LA
"Jeon Ju, which first opened in 1997, served one of the best stone pot bibimbap in Los Angeles and was well known for its eundaegu joorim, galbi, tteok mandu guk, and jjigae. Despite reopening after the pandemic, it couldn't recover financially due to lack of a liquor license and rising costs. The restaurant's rent was $6,500 a month at the time of its closure. It was a favorite spot of actress Kiernan Shipka. The space is now occupied by Bap & Bap." - Matthew Kang
