"A conveyor-belt sushi restaurant that debuted in Chinatown in December 2017 has opened a Centennial location at the Centennial Gateway East retail center. The revolving lineup includes yellowtail, tuna, salmon and eel alongside salads and chicken karaage, with dishes starting at $2.50; diners grab plates from a belt that snakes through the dining room while a server tallies the stacked dishes for the final bill. The 5,361-square-foot space also houses a Japanese steakhouse on the other side, with seating around ten teppanyaki grills, and is operated by restaurateur Freddy Hwang, who also runs Samurai Japanese Steakhouse & Sushi in Henderson. The Spring Mountain location is open 11:30 a.m.–midnight Sunday through Thursday and until 2 a.m. on Friday and Saturday, and another outpost is planned for Town Square." - Susan Stapleton
