"Try It Out is adorned with little more than tourism posters of Vietnam sunsets and palm trees etched in the frosted glass on the windows, giving the sparse room a feeling of being somewhere far away. The large round tables are big enough to accommodate families, who you’ll often find filling the space on the weekends. The menu is vast and covers all of the country’s regions with banh mi, bún bò huê, and light and crispy bánh xèo stuffed with huge prawns and bean sprouts. It opens at 10 a.m., should you fancy pho for breakfast. — LJ" - Hillary Eaton
